If you’re having trouble and are using a firewall, proxy, or any software that blocks network connections, your computer may not be able to connect to Discuss.io.
Note: If you're not the one who set up your firewall or proxy server, contact your network administrator.
Open the Internet Options control panel.
2. Select the Connections tab, then click the LAN settings button.
3. The proxy information should be blank. If that's not the case, uncheck "Use a proxy..." and try again.
4. If that doesn't solve the issue, contact your network administrator.
