There are a number of options in Windows/Mac sound settings that need to be configured so that the computer recognizes and works with the headphones or headset.

Be sure you are in a well-lit, quiet and private room. The lighting of your room must be daylight quality and overhead lighting is preferred. If overhead lighting is not possible please make sure that your light source is not directly behind you.

Also, ensure that the background is free of visual distractions such as windows to public areas or other workers.

Arrive to the interview at least 15 minutes early to ensure that all software and connections are working correctly. Most common issues can be easily fixed given that our Support team has enough time to troubleshoot them.
