If at any time you have audio, video, or connection issues, you can refresh your own browser. If that doesn't resolve the issue, use the backroom chat to ask support or the moderator to reset your connection using the refresh button in the participant list.

If you hear the main room discussion but need to hear the translation line, you can toggle over in the bottom left corner. (Or vice versa.)

You can also dial yourself in at any time using the settings button in the lower right corner. Click on CALL ME and wait for a call from Discuss.io (866-557-6716). Enter the PIN and # sign and you will be joined to the room. 

You may also call into the room from your phone handset by clicking Show dial-in instructions and selecting the number for your country. You will enter the PIN and # sign to join the room.
